Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salt) breaks down into magnesium and sulphate when dissolved in water, which helps to relax muscles and joints, soothes aches and pains and supplies essential minerals to the body. This fantastic natural mineral salt also facilitates healing, hydrates the skin and improves circulation.

Sodium Chloride (Himalayan Pink Salt) creates a rejuvenating, detoxing and relaxing at-home spa. It helps to draw out toxins, give a deep cleanse for the skin and helps to cleanse the body energetically. Toxins are released and enriching minerals are absorbed through your skin.

Directions:
