As such, we encourage first time customers to apply the products consistently over at least a 2-week period together with a healthy sleep routine in order to experience our blends fullest benefits and efficacy.
However, if for any reason thereafter you are not fully satisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will happily refund your purchase. We will be happy to replace any items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly email us to make arrangements no later than 2 days after receipt of your parcel.
A refund request must be submitted via email only, and if you are entitled for a refund, the product(s) must be returned to our headquarters. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
