- Your order will be fulfilled by from our closest distribution center to your shipping destination to ensure your product comes to you as fresh as possible.
- Rest assured that regardless of the location of our distribution center, all our products are packaged and produced using the same pure, high quality Australian natural oils and ingredients.
- We use Australia Post/Sendle to deliver our parcels within AUS and to NZ. Shipping within AUS and NZ will will take approximately between 4-6 business days.
- We use reputable international shipping companies like Sendle and Australia Post to deliver our parcels to USA, UK and all 220 other countries.

Each order is lovingly checked before we ship it to you – but occasionally items can be damaged during delivery. For breakages please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your purchase with a photo of the damaged item and we will sort it out for you.
