How to Use 

Face: Shake bottle and close your eyes and mouth. Lightly spritz 4-5 pumps onto your face and inhale deeply. 

Hands: Shake bottle and spray 4-5 pumps onto the palms of your hand and inhale deeply 3 times. 

Feet: Shake bottle and spray 4-5 pumps onto the soles of your feet.

For use 15 minutes prior to bedtime or as and when needed. Caution: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep in dry and cool storage and out of direct sunlight.
